The Candleroom wants you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact us at 0917 7194874 right away. We will happily replace the item, given that you meet the conditions.
Upon receipt of your order from LBC, please open the package and check for damages while LBC personnel is present. If your order is damaged, please take a picture of the damaged item and have the LBC personnel note/write on the official LBC delivery receipt that the package was broken when delivered. Please include the name of the LBC personnel, and the time and date of delivery. That way, LBC will be liable for the shipping fee and replacement of product. There is no need to return damaged product.
